The traditional feast Sagra delle sfogline, that takes place from August 25th to 31st 2022 in Massa Lombarda, is a celebration of the traditional home made pasta. The central event of the festival is the competionion “gara delle sfogline” (the making of pasta with the traditional rolling-pin).
The main event of the traditional feast of Massa Lombarda is the ‘gara delle sfogline’, the competition of pasta makers which is held on Saturday (at 8.30pm); the home made pasta will be cut into ‘tagliatelle’ and it will be served with ragout (the local meat sauce) in the food hall of the feast.
Food halls will be open every evening from 19.00 to 22.30 and will feature the celebrated hand made “tagliatelle”.
