Lugo’s Historical Archive complex preserves documentation on the economic and social life of the Lugo community from the 13th to the 20th century and consists of more than 10,000 pieces estimated at about 1,300 linear meters.
The Historical Archive, in line with art. 117 of the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape (Legislative Decree 42/2004 ), provides services to the public aimed, in addition to the traditional activity of preservation, at various activities of enhancement of the preserved cultural heritage among which, in particular, the realization of guided tours of access to the fund for Schools, institutions, associations or just curious people.
