This small airport is located in the village of Villa San Martino, just outside Lugo; it hosts the National helicopters school (Scuola Nazionale Elicotteri), which runs courses for helicopters’ license at different levels
Theory lessons are being taught in the evening and practical ones should be scheduled in accordance with the instructor.
The airport also houses the headquarters of the association ‘Aeromodellismo’ and the small restaurant.
