The exhibition, which is part of the programme of Lugocontemporanea, a festival of words, music and images scheduled to take place in Lugo on 20, 27 and 28 June, opens with a special event featuring a live drawing action by artist Denis Riva and a concert-soundtrack inside the exhibition space by John De Leo voice – Enrico Salvi aka Drigo guitar – Franco Naddei sound installations and live electronis.
The trio John De Leo, Drigo, and Franco Naddei is an ensemble that attempts to reconcile the irreconcilable.
Three apparently very distant musicians seek a point of contact. Drigo, the guitarist and author of the rock band Negrita, and John De Leo will be assisted by Franco Naddei, an artist from the area of sound art, who will process the sounds of voice and guitar in real time.
