The Ala d’Oro restaurant, located inside the hotel of the same name, offers typical cuisine and an elegant atmosphere. The restaurant promotes typical seasonal products, using seafood and land as raw materials with a view to enhancing the Romagna tradition. It has always been renowned for its rolled pasta: the cappelletti in capon broth and all the typical pastas of the area are famous.
