Le Spighe is an innovative restaurant born from the creativity of Chef Maccarini, one of the most popular chefs in Europe. A simple idea to appreciate true quality cuisine at home or in the family welcome of the restaurant. The restaurant offers homemade pasta, cooking with a wood oven, salads and seasonal menus, wraps with stone-milled flours, artisan desserts.
The raw materials are fresh, selected and purchased every morning directly from the producers at km 0 and provide the starting point for the creative preparations that compile the daily menu.
