Mansion house of the XVIII century, built by Rondinelli family from Ferrara, Villa Bellaria has suggestive interiors. Rooms’ ceilings are richly decorated with frescoes. In the park, there is a little oratory. It has seven congress halls on the first floor and is available for banquets, cerimonies and meetings.
The central hall (94 sm) can host up to 100 people, while the four corner rooms (35 – 45 sm) have from 30 to 50 seats. The halls are not provided with services and congress equipment.
Services: wardrobe, a space on groundfloor, an additional room with kitchen facilities, park of 3500 sm. Car park with 150 places.

How to get
While on via Bastia (Strada Provinciale 13 which connects Lugo with Argenta and Ferrara) follow signs for San Bernardino and drive along the main road Stradone San Bernardino (Strada Provinciale 17); turn left in via Bastia and left again shortly after. Wide car park available.
