Typical autumn dessert of peasant origin that is prepared and eaten by tradition on the grape harvest days as a dessert after lunch and dinner, or as a tasty afternoon sweet snack.
Ingredients:
Filtered grape must, dry bread crumbs, yellow maize flour, grated lemon rind, anise seeds.
Preparation:
After having made the must boil for some hours, add the flour and the other ingredients. When the compound reaches a compact consistency, pour it in moulds or in dishes, let it cool down and keep in the fridge.
